We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Account data: Email address (for billing and API key delivery)
• Usage data: API endpoint accessed, timestamp, request count (for billing and rate limiting)
• Payment data: Handled by our payment processor. We do not store card details.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not store the content of validation requests. Email addresses, phone numbers, domains, and IP addresses submitted to our API are processed in real-time and not retained in our database.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide and maintain the API service
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To process payments and send billing notifications
• To communicate service updates or security issues

4. Data Retention

Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing verification, then automatically deleted. Account data is retained until account deletion.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except:

• Payment processors (for billing)
• Legal compliance (if required by law)

6. Security

All API traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3). API keys should be kept confidential. We use industry-standard practices to protect our infrastructure.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. EU users have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure.

8. Cookies

Our landing page does not use cookies. Our API endpoints do not use cookies.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email.
