By accessing or using NexValid API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
NexValid provides automated validation services for email addresses, phone numbers, domain names, and IP addresses via HTTP API endpoints. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of validation results as they depend on publicly available DNS and network data.
To use paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Each plan has a monthly request limit. Exceeding your limit returns HTTP 429. Unused requests do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 30 days notice.
We log API usage (endpoint, timestamp, request count) for billing and rate limiting. We do not store the content of validation requests (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) beyond the duration of the request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with minimal notice.
NexValid is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may cancel at any time via your billing dashboard.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
